"TEACHING IS EMOTIONS, PERSONAL CONNECT, INSPIRING and TRANSPARENCY"
• Mr. ASHOK KUMAR UNV: Effective teaching can't be defined in some sentences because if every student is different it means we have to plan different stretegie to Evey student. Its not easy because of different socioeconomic background, culture, family environment and the society every one has its comfort level of learning. Here I am trying to figure out some qualities of teachers that can help to handle every type of students.
1.Effective teachers help students ‘own’ their learning through self-reflection and self-assessment.
“You can’t force your will on people. If you want them to act differently, you need to inspire them to change themselves…” –Phil Jackson, Chicago Bulls
2. Effective teachers are clear teachers.
“We try to define the standard that we want everyone to work on.” –Nick Saban
3. Effective teachers inspire students through personalized and corrective feedback.
“We have got to use every opportunity to improve individually so we can improve collectively.” –Nick Saban, Alabama Crimson Tide
4. Effective teachers differentiate through individual and group instruction.
Coaching is about, “How do I get people to play at their peak level?”–Phil Jackson, Chicago Bulls
As I mentioned above teaching can't be defined in some sentences but yes it can help in basics of teaching.Hope you like it.

Point no. 3-This strategy can be implemented if we intend for effective learning to happen.
Other strategies are also quite practical.

• Dr. Suganthi Narayanan-UNW: Effective teachers connect with their students. Some teachers have great conten knowledge. But if they cant connect with children then the content goes waste. Building a rapport with students is very much essential. An effective teacher also doesn't curb the students curiosity.
• Ms. Preeti Lodaya UNW: Point 4....
Teachers should plan each lesson in such a manner that it should have both individual and group engagement for effective teaching.

• Mrs. Charanjeet Kaur UNW: Point 1
Effective learning takes place when teacher initiates the topic and the interactions happen in the class through discussions, with little interventions frm the teacher. Self reflection and self assessment help to a great extent, it's my personal experience.

• Mrs. Madhumita Jana UNV: Effective teaching truly can not be defined. Teaching and learning pattern should change as per the situation. Building a connection with the students as we we know is very important. Hence effective learning cannot be the way it is in the morning hours and the afternoon hours. The planning of the lesson needs more involvement of students during the afternoon hours than in the morning hours. This way the effectiveness of teaching may enhance the learning program.
• Dr. Shakila Banu UNW:
Point 3. An effective teacher strives to motivate and engage all the students (each class has 3 categories of students, average, below average and above average) in learning rather than simply accepting. An effective teacher already knows her/his students nd does engages the class with motivation and also uses fun way method and makes the class interactive.

• Mrs. Bhavneet Kaur UNV: A teacher has to perform multiple roles while teaching to different grades. Connecting with students and establishing rapport is very much required.
Once the students gain confidence about their mentor the teaching learning process moves smoothly and gives excellent outputs.
Alertness on the part of the teacher is required as any distraction is noticed a novel way should be adapted. Emotions play a great role too. First of all the teacher should leave all burdens of home at home itself. If they follow upto the school cribbing about the same continues and hinders the teaching learning.
Laughter and music therapy is a medicine to de stress and becaome hale and hearty.

• Mr. Arun kumar Sutaria UNN: Yes each student is different hence a challenge for the teacher to carry them along.
1. Peer/group learning helps better as bright students help weak ones and teacher intervenes when required.
2. Teacher has to have certain maturity (can't define though) to devise strategy however activities based learning will help.
3. Seperate revision classes for slow learners can help them.
Try these methods.

• Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Menon UNV: Effective teacher should be flexible according to the needs of their students. They have to connect with their students personally, emotionally and be a source of motivation and inspiration. There should always be a laxman Rekha when we connect personally. Too much of proximity w ill tend students to lose that respect a teacher deserves.
• GEETA HIGH SCHOOL-Hyderabad: What you have , you impose that to the children so first of all a teacher should have ethics and morals so that the children learn from her to develop into a good human being,a leader who can lead the society on a right path.
• Mr. Krishan Sharma UND: Jo tumse jalte hain unhain jalne do
Jab vo jal kar raakh ban jaye tab phoonk mar kar uda dena.

• Mrs. Meenakshi Aklawat UNW:
An effective teacher has to be a learner first when your teacher learns how every student in her class or his class is able to enjoy what is being taught or how the teacher is facilitating them to open up to the new learning and making them aware of the unknown and letting them explore so that the unknown becomes unbounded Helen of joy in the journey of learning and in this how much micro planning can be done by way of not only the monthly and yearly lesson plans but also taking care of planning when the child fails to understand what the teacher wants to teach there can be sudden moments when a particular content maybe not so easy for the child and there and then the teacher needs to change the strategy and this involves constant observation understanding their expressions understanding the twinkle in their eyes whether it is getting banned or it is getting whitened the heightened of learning shines through every child ise emotions also play an important role no teacher can teach when teacher yourself is disturbed and here I personally feel the school environment plays a vital role to give that strength to the teacher that even they that even they need love and compassion they need to be handheld, they need to belong to the place till the time the teacher does not belong to the school the effectivity of the teacher is just a surface value. We always talk about students first where as we also need to talk about the mental health of the teacher because they are adults they have life pressures and they cannot all the time switch from one mental state to the other may be very effectively hence there should be some aha moment even for the teacher in the school and when we can expect all the planning to be in sync with the school mission and vision. effective teacher will always come up creating an environment where the child will not feel guilty of making a mistake rather comes up strongly to accept that I made a mistake and I learnt from it. ere the child as well as the teacher they both enjoy and that is the best moment for any class any child any teacher.

• Mrs. Suman Purohit Das UNV:
Effective teachers cultivate innovation among students and create *AHA MOMENTS* in their journey.
Effective teachers cultivate innovation among students and create *AHA MOMENTS* in their journey.
Every student learns differently. This seems so basic, but hearing it and seeing it in action is so much different. Effective teachers use developmentally appropriate activities in LP that really builds connect with every student. Creating exciting, engaging, and successful lesson plans will give the teacher and the students a day that they really need to relish with AHA MOMENTS (moments of satisfaction, contentment & happiness in Teaching & learning )
Effective teachers challenge the students to create AHA MOMENTS. Effective teachers never make anything to easy that seems like just a waste of time. They always challenge the students through different activities and if it is to hard it can always be modified. If students are not challenged, they will not take the class seriously, work hard, or be learning.

Effective teachers sometimes take a break from the repetitive school work and *play* with the children, keeping in mind that learning takes place at all the time.
Effective teachers know the art of creating AHA MOMENTS in the classroom.
